Notes about the Sandestin Beach Hilton:

The Sandestin Beach Hilton will hold our block of rooms until May 4.  After May 4, the hotel will not offer convention rates and will increase the room rate. The hotel will not extend this deadline. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 p.m.  If rooms are available, guests may check in early, but please keep in mind that this is very rare during the season. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  If you decide to check out earlier than the reservation departure date, the early departure fee is one room night and tax.  Please confirm the departure date upon check-in.
