2022 Homeowner Changes (3 hours): This course will discuss some important issues which will change the way we look at our customers’ insurance programs.  The topics will include the new ISO 2022 Homeowners Policy, the new ISO HO 14 Contents Form, and all revised and withdrawn endorsements and coverages.  In conclusion, the agent should be able to better explain to customers the provisions which would ultimately help in future claims by ensuring those exposures are best covered by endorsements to the Homeowner's policy.

Common Commercial Lines Gaps that Cause Problems (3 hours): The topics will include Gaps of Coverage that may be found in Business Auto, Commercial General Liability and Commercial Property policies. Coverages, Exclusions and Endorsements to provide or limit coverage also will be discussed in a format of real-life examples.  In conclusion, the agent should be able to better explain to customers the provisions which would ultimately help in future claims by ensuring those exposures are best covered by endorsements to the policy as well as informing customers of areas that lack coverage.
